1. Overview & Data Controller

This Privacy Policy explains how Tech & Solution ("we", "us", or "our"), operating via our storefront at https://techandsolutions.co.uk and our retail workshop located at 97 Commercial Street, Newport, NP20 1LU, Wales, UK, collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data from our users and customers.

Tech & Solution provides retail sales of certified refurbished electronics, warranty-backed device repairs, hardware diagnostics, and genuine accessories. We are committed to safeguarding user privacy in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and Google API Services User Data Policies.

3. Compliance with Google Limited Use Requirements

"Tech & Solution's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."

• No Data Selling: We will never sell, lease, license, or trade Google user data to data brokers, third-party marketing firms, or advertising networks.
• No Advertising Use: Google user data is strictly excluded from being used for retargeting, personalized advertising, or behavioral profile aggregation.
• No AI Model Training: Google user data is never used to train, retrain, fine-tune, or improve any generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

4. Additional Information We Collect

During normal storefront and workshop interactions, we may collect:

• Order Information: Delivery address, billing address, contact phone number, and purchased items required for order fulfillment and Royal Mail / DPD tracking.
• Payment Processing: Credit and debit card transactions are processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Stripe). Tech & Solution does not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
• Repair Diagnostic Details: Device model, serial number/IMEI, and fault descriptions to facilitate hardware benchmark testing and 12-month warranty registration.

6. Data Security & Storage

All customer telemetry and user records are stored in encrypted Postgres cloud databases managed by Supabase, protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Administrative systems enforce strict multi-factor authentication (MFA) and row-level security (RLS) policies to prevent unauthorized data exposure.
